The Women Leaders course is designed to empower and equip you with the knowledge, skills and strategies needed to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women in leadership. Through an in-depth exploration of personal identity, leadership presence and career development, this course will help you develop the confidence and capability to excel in leadership roles.
With a focus on self-awareness, emotional intelligence and navigating gender-specific barriers, you will gain the tools needed to articulate your value, build strong support networks and lead with authenticity. This course will also address work-life integration, mental well-being and the importance of reproductive health in career advancement, ensuring you are well-prepared to balance professional and personal aspirations while driving positive change in your organisation.

On-Campus Workshops – 2 days of face-to-face workshops

This course is designed for women in the early phases of navigating their leadership careers who would like to develop their overall ability while remaining authentic to their natural leadership style, overcome obstacles to their personal success, and challenge expectations to further the normalisation of women in leadership.
