Elevate your professional capabilities with this intensive short course designed to refine your instructional techniques.
This program covers the full training lifecycle: from interpreting learning programs and contextualising materials to monitoring learner progress.
Participants will develop the ability to conduct dynamic individual and group instruction, ensuring learning activities are structured to reinforce new skills.
3 day short course
On-Campus Workshops – 3 days face-to-face workshops
The Train the Trainer short course is run over two weeks. The first week involves two days of theoretical learning and the second week involves one day of practical exercises to test participants’ knowledge.
The benefits of studying in a classroom setting include being able to share first-hand experiences, ideas and questions with peers and our expert facilitators. You’ll study alongside like-minded people and strengthen your network.
Unless otherwise noted, AIM's On-Campus Short Courses begin promptly at 9:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm (Local Time).

Conduct individual and group instruction and demonstrate work skills, using existing learning resources in a safe and comfortable learning environment
Plan, organise and deliver training by interpreting learning program documentation, contextualising existing learning materials and monitoring learner progress
Structure learning activities to support and reinforce new learning, build on strengths and identify areas for further development
Choose presentation strategies and techniques that will enhance audience understanding of key concepts and central ideas

The ability to convey a message with influence and create a lasting impact on students that changes behaviour is the key to any successful learning experience.
The Train the Trainer short course, run over three days across two weeks, develops the skills and knowledge to plan and present interactive and effective training sessions. Learn to analyse learning needs, structure and deliver workshops, and design engaging workshop materials through practical application.
