The CHC43515 Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work is designed for people ready to build a career in peer support. This may include those who bring their own lived experience of mental health challenges or have engaged with mental health services. You may also:
Have an interest in working in mental health peer support, NDIS services, community mental health, or alcohol and other drugs settings.
Be currently working in a support role and want to formalise your skills with a nationally recognised qualification.
Want to develop recovery-oriented practice, peer work skills, and practical experience in mental health service settings.
Value ethical, inclusive practice and meaningful connection with people navigating their own mental health recovery.
12 months (15 hours per week) or self-paced
