Course overview
With this Certificate under your belt, you will be able to complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments. You will learn how to facilitate the empowerment of older people, provide support to people living with dementia, deliver care services using a palliative approach and so much more.
After achieving this qualification, you may undertake: CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services.

- It is preferred that the students have obtained a minimum of a school certificate or equivalent
- Must hold either a CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support or currently be working in Aged Care
