Course Information
Get qualified with our nationally recognised CHC32015 Certificate III Community Services. This hands-on career is experiencing huge demand for workers, so you will graduate with many job opportunities. You will learn to support vulnerable and at-risk individuals and groups within the community and join a rewarding field in need of workers like you.

During the course, you will learn how to:

- Support independence and wellbeing
- Communicate and work in health or community services
- Follow safe work practices for direct client care

- Work with diverse people

- Facilitate the interests and rights of clients
- Reflect on and improve own professional practice
This course is perfect for people with no experience in care work, but who would like to kick start a career in the Community Services Industry.
You will build your knowledge from the ground up, equipping you with a solid set of entry level skills that you can use to launch your career when you graduate.
If you are an existing worker or have experience in the related industry, please inform our enrolment consultants during your enrolment conversation. You may be eligible to enrol as an existing worker and complete your studies faster. Please note – limitations do apply.

Eligibility
Entry requirements may vary depending on the course. In general, you must be at least 18 years old to enrol. If you’re under 18, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian.

Work Placement
Duration
This course contains a minimum of 160 hours of work placement.
