Course Information
This course focuses on the core components of Agile project management, examining how it is distinct from traditional project management and equipping course participants with strategies and techniques for successful Agile project implementation. Participants will practise the role of a project manager facilitating Agile practices towards achieving desired outcomes, as well as take a more in-depth look at the fundamental Agile concepts of adaptive planning, customer collaboration, and value-driven delivery in dynamic and often highly constrained environments.

On-Campus Workshops – 2 days face-to-face workshops

Virtual Classroom - 2 days virtual sessions
Utilising highly accessible digital capabilities, virtual classrooms provides the benefits of live learning — working with peers, asking questions with immediate answers from facilitators, and stimulating deeper discussions — with the flexibility of online learning.
Unless otherwise noted, AIM's On-Campus Short Courses begin promptly at 9:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm (Local Time).

Contribute to creating an agile culture
Traditional Project Managers making the transition to Agile environments, general managers with a significant project management element in their role, and Agile team members interested in taking on leadership roles are the primary audience for this certification.
