Course Information

Decisions come from the need to solve a problem or identify a new opportunity. Making decisions, large and small, is a critical component to business success.

By understanding and implementing a strong decision making process, organisations are able to effectively gather information, evaluate options, and implement decisions. This process offers benefits including clarity, efficiency, accountability, and risk mitigation.

The Effective Business Decision-Making short course provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to make effective decisions that will ensure that your organisation can take advantage of opportunities, solve problems, operate productively and implement successful short and long term strategy.

Duration: 2 Days

Delivery Mode: On-Campus or Virtual Workshops or In-House Training Solutions

On-Campus Workshops – 1-day face-to-face workshop

The benefits of studying in a classroom setting include being able to share first-hand experiences, ideas and questions with peers and our expert facilitators. You’ll study alongside like-minded people and strengthen your network.

Virtual Classroom - 1-day virtual session

Utilising highly accessible digital capabilities, virtual classrooms provide the benefits of live learning — working with peers, asking questions with immediate answers from facilitators, and stimulating deeper discussions — with the flexibility of online learning.

Unless otherwise noted, AIM's On-Campus Short Courses begin promptly at 9:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm (Local Time).

AIM's Virtual Short Courses begin at 9:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm (AEDT/AEST).
