The research is clear; managers who have high emotional intelligence improve productivity, adapt to change more easily and have increased engagement in their teams.
The Manage People Effectively short course guides you through what it means to think, feel, and perform as a people leader. Throughout the course, you will develop the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to lead workplace teams successfully. With a focus on contemporary leadership practices, you will learn how to be an authentic role model, manage teams for optimal performance, handle common workplace challenges with confidence, and unlock your full potential as a leader.

On-Campus Workshops – 3 days face-to-face workshops

Virtual Classroom - 3 days of virtual sessions
Utilising highly accessible digital capabilities, virtual classrooms provide the benefits of live learning — working with peers, asking questions with immediate answers from facilitators, and stimulating deeper discussions — with the flexibility of online learning.
Unless otherwise noted, AIM's On-Campus Short Courses begin promptly at 9:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm (Local Time).
AIM's Virtual Short Courses begin at 9:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm (AEDT/AEST).
