Data Analytics Essentials provides you with the core skills to interpret data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. In this hands-on one-day course, you will learn how to frame business problems, define metrics, prepare data and use AI-powered tools to identify patterns and trends. You will also practise building visuals and applying data storytelling to communicate findings with impact. By the end of the day, you will be ready to translate data into actionable insights that drive performance.

Create clear visualisations and apply data storytelling to engage different audiences
Translate insights into actionable recommendations and apply an iterative approach to improve decisions
