What you'll learn

  • Designed to teach you how to manage animal health for pets, wildlife or farm animals, this module will help you understand animal health care and basic veterinarian procedures. From veterinary health, disease prevention, animal first aid and rehabilitation care, you will learn broad and varied knowledge and skills, in which you can take with you into any role where you are working or caring for animals
  • In this module, you will learn how to conduct flora and fauna surveys, learn about wildlife conservation theory, habitat rehabilitation, and threatened species recovery. Gain knowledge about the different ways you can conserve wildlife, including the impact habitat use and fragmentation can have, and learn a variety of survey techniques to be used to better understand wildlife, flora, vegetation and marine life
